MicMic's cheapest shipping costs DKK 30 to a DAO parcel shop.
Bestiller du en vare, der ikke er indenfor DAOs tilladte pakkestørrelser, er billigste levering 35 kroner til en PostNord pakkeshop.

MicMic sender med PostNord, DAO eller GLS til den ønskede leveringsadresse. Dine leveringsmuligheder vil vises under bestillingen/betalingen.

Processing time/delivery time
Normalt vil din ordre blive behandlet og sendt samme dag, som betalingen er modtaget (før kl. 13). Fragtselskabets leveringstid tilføjes bagefter (typisk 1-3 hverdage alt afhængig af, hvem man vælger.).

We always acknowledge receipt of your email, and send the package as soon as the money is received.

Extra info
All prices include VAT and in Danish Kroner (DKK). The amount is deducted when the item is shipped.

When you buy on MicMic, we offer the possibility that, after the purchase has been completed, you can make additional purchases to your existing order. This is done by selecting 'Add-on' on the receipt page. You will then receive a new order confirmation with the total updated order. This option is available until the add-on button is no longer clickable.

Right of withdrawal
Orders at MicMic are covered by the rules on distance sales in the Door Sales Act. If you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal, this must be communicated within 30 days of receiving the item, and then you have another 14 days to send the item back.

Gifts
If the order is a gift, you can simply note when the gift is to be given in the comments field when ordering. Then your right of return applies from this date instead.

Return - how to do it
We greatly appreciate that the cancellation is notified as soon as possible upon receipt.
Note, order with personal stamp/initials such as Sihanouk personal key chains cannot be returned.

If you are returning purchased items:

  • They must not be used beyond what is possible if tested.
  • Marks must not be taken from the product.
  • Must the product be sent back securely and in a box (if necessary use the same packaging and box that the product is sent in), as there is otherwise a high risk of the leather being scratched along the way.

You are responsible for any shipping costs and fees associated with returns. Items lost in the transport from you to MicMic will not be compensated for.

When returning an item, it is important that you write your order number on a note and what you want MicMic to do. It can, for example, be issuing a gift card (remember to enter the email that will receive the electronic gift card) or exchanging for another product/different color (please state your email and the address the new product must be sent to) or the money back (you will get it full amount on invoice return).
This makes our work easier, and therefore your service much faster.

You are in no way obligated to state any reason for the return, but we would appreciate it if you do so anyway. This enables us to know where to go to improve the range or our service.

Personal information
Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to a person. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of this information. The same if you use / make the following: Newsletter, webshop sales (purchase), participate in competitions, user registration, or sign up for offers.

We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID, technical information about your computer, tablet or phone, your IP address, geographical location (country and urban area), and which pages you click on. This only happens as long as you are on our website.

Comments
When visitors write comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comment form as well as your IP address and browser information to sort out spam.

Contact forms
When you use our contact form submission options on the website, these are stored and sent to our email system so that we can answer your questions. The contact forms are not used for marketing, signing up for newsletters or the like without your requesting this. Your data will not be forwarded outside of MicMic unless it is relevant to the subject and has your full approval.

Account
To the extent that you yourself give explicit consent to this, and enter the information yourself, the following is also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, payment information and other information you choose to enter. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or in connection with a purchase.

Analysis tools
In order to give us the best insight and comparison of data for our website, we use the following analysis tools, which are based on the above anonymous data: Facebook Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics.

Data storage

Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. In the event of a data breach, all our registered users will be contacted within 72 hours with notification of what data has been lost, as well as instructions on what to do about it. Our first priority in such a situation is to close the security hole in order to create the least possible data loss for the users.

Data protection
We value your data, just as we do our own, so we protect our (and your) data with the following initiatives, which we keep up to date at all times: SSL Encryption, Firewall.

Data storage length
If you write and submit data to the website in the form of contact forms, these will be stored on the site for up to 5 years in order to refer to previous agreements and comments from these.

Users who register on our website can view, edit and delete their personal information at any time, and therefore there is no limit to how long we store this information.

The site administrators can view and edit the information available to users in their profiles at any time.

Analytical data is archived indefinitely to be able to see and follow our online growth as well as improve our activity.

Our customer purchase archives are archived on the basis of current Danish legislation.

Data Breach Procedures
We use an updated firewall, which notifies us at any time if our security has been breached. We will be notified as soon as possible, after which we can take care of the situation. In addition, our firewall provides weekly updates on prevented attempts against our security as well as an alert for increased attempted activity, so that we are informed at all times about possible attacks against our (and your) data.

Data rights
Export and delete data:
You have the right to access the data we store about you. You can ask for information about the personal data we hold, including all data you have given us. You can also ask us to delete all personal data. This does not include any type of data that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security reasons. In that case, contact us via email or phone.

If, contrary to expectations, there is a fault with your product, there is a 2-year right of complaint on all products. If your product is defective, MicMic will typically repair or exchange the product.

Real leather
Products at MicMic are produced in genuine leather. As the animals' skins are always different, there may seem to be variations in the leather and therefore in each product. It helps to make leather and your style completely unique.

Limited batch
Furthermore, it cannot be expected that each product will be available on the website for an unlimited time. MicMic is a company in constant development, so there will be continuous changes to the individual products, and a certain amount of changes in the entire collection. For the same reason, we are always open to feedback or new ideas!

You are more than welcome to send us an email if you have constructive suggestions for us.

FAQ

Orders from MicMic follow the Danish law. If you wish to use your return right, this must be notified within 14 days after receipt of the MicMic items. After this you have another 14 days to send the item back to MicMic.

If you return purchased items, they must not have been used beyond what is possible if tested. Hangtags must not be removed from the product.
In addition, the product must be sent back in a safe hard-box, as there otherwise is a great risk that the item will be scratched on the way.
Note, orders with personal touch / initials such as. Sihanouk Personalized Keychains are non-returnable.

Several of MicMic's products come with a care guide. Therefore, check if there are instructions on your new MicMic product upon receipt.

If your product does not have an accompanying care manual, it is because the leather has a protective layer and does not necessarily need to be cared for before it is used.
