Personal information is all kinds of information that can be attributed to a person. When you use our website, we collect and process a number of this information. The same if you use / make the following: Newsletter, webshop sales (purchase), participate in competitions, user registration, or sign up for offers.
We typically collect and process the following types of information: A unique ID, technical information about your computer, tablet or phone, your IP address, geographical location (country and urban area), and which pages you click on. This only happens as long as you are on our website.
Comments
When visitors write comments on the website, we collect the data displayed in the comment form as well as your IP address and browser information to sort out spam.
Contact forms
When you use our contact form submission options on the website, these are stored and sent to our email system so that we can answer your questions. The contact forms are not used for marketing, signing up for newsletters or the like without your requesting this. Your data will not be forwarded outside of MicMic unless it is relevant to the subject and has your full approval.
Account
To the extent that you yourself give explicit consent to this, and enter the information yourself, the following is also processed: Name, telephone number, e-mail, address, payment information and other information you choose to enter. This will typically be in connection with creating a login or in connection with a purchase.

Data storage
Security
We have taken technical and organizational measures against your information being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, degraded or come to the knowledge of unauthorized persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law. If you write and submit data to the website in the form of contact forms, these will be stored on the site for up to 5 years in order to refer to previous agreements and comments from these.

The site administrators can view and edit the information available to users in their profiles at any time.
Analytical data is archived indefinitely to be able to see and follow our online growth as well as improve our activity.
Our customer purchase archives are archived on the basis of current Danish legislation.
Data Breach Procedures
We use an updated firewall, which notifies us at any time if our security has been breached. We will be notified as soon as possible, after which we can take care of the situation. In addition, our firewall provides weekly updates on prevented attempts against our security as well as an alert for increased attempted activity, so that we are informed at all times about possible attacks against our (and your) data.
Data rights
Export and delete data:
You have the right to access the data we store about you. You can ask to have a file exported with the personal data we have lying around, including all data you have given us. You can also request that we delete all personal data. This does not include any data that we are required to store for administrative, legal or security reasons.
